Units are secured by unit type during early leasing. Specific building placement and address are assigned upon completion.
For a limited time, early lease sign-ups secure a unit at the current introductory rate of $2,095 per month.
Early lease commitments lock in the $2,095 rate for the full initial 12-month lease term.
Qualified applicants may secure a specific unit type with a signed lease and deposit prior to occupancy.
How to Secure a Unit
To reserve a unit at the introductory rate, applicants must:
Submit a completed rental application
Receive approval
Execute a signed lease agreement
Provide the required deposit to hold the unit
Once these steps are completed, the unit is secured and removed from availability.
Deposits are applied toward the security deposit in accordance with Nova Scotia tenancy regulations and are fully refundable should your plans change prior to occupancy.
