Early leasing is now underway at an introductory rate of $2,095 per month, secured for the full initial 12-month lease term.

Qualified applicants may secure a residence type with:

  • Completed application

  • Signed lease

  • Deposit to hold

Deposits are fully refundable prior to occupancy, providing flexibility while construction progresses.
